Tidal Wave

Ultra Music Festival Weekend 2 starts today and I am all kinds of EXCITED. I will be watching the completely sold out festival from my couch even though I only live 20 minutes away BUT I will still have fun!!

The Itch

With changing seasons it’s only natural to want to change your hair right? I call it The Itch, the need for change that just wont leave you alone. Last March, because of The Itch, I ended up getting a haircut at the Ouidad Salon in NYC but since then I’ve swore off cutting (i.e. chopping off my hair) and will settle for the necessary trim every now and again. This year I can’t seem to get the idea of lightening my locks out of my head. I’ve colored my entire head of naturally black hair brown before, even let my mother talk me into putting something called “pumpkin spice” (don’t ask) in my hair but this time I want something subtle, maybe just the ends……maybe….
