What does it mean to be succulent?
Being succulent means being self nourishing.
Ways to expand your succulence:
Be in contact with your Inner Wise Self/ Higher Self
Activate your Inner Wise Self by letting it write you a love note
Spend more time taking care of yourself. Self care is more than walks and bubble baths. Self care is having an inner feelings care system. Dialogue with your inner critics and give them the love and support they are looking for. Acknowledge and honor your feelings when you feel them.
