A little Monday meditation and motivation….
Strong body, strong mind.
So this is how NOT to work out but this is usually what happens when I work out at home.
I have absolutely zero discipline and zero motivation
…….so after a trying weekend I decided that I needed to do better because #LUKEWARMISNOGOOD.
I signed up at a gym and scheduled a session with a trainer that I’m still recovering from three days later. It HURT, it still HURTS but it felt SO GOOD.
I’m happy I did it and even happier that I now have a legitimate excuse to add some cute and (practical) sportswear to my wardrobe :p
