I decided (quite randomly and impulsively) this morning that I am going to be a Vegetarian for the entire month of August. I’ve tried going Vegan before but I failed miserably because I think I tried to change my eating habits too abruptly. Maybe this time Vegetarian eating will be a good place to start progressively changing my eating habits. The big question, however, is….

Of course now I’m off to Pinterest to see what yummy recipes I can find but please feel free to tell my what your favorite vegetarian recipes are below!
